Due to our continued expansion, Branston Golf & Country Club are currently looking for:
Fitness Instructor
A full time person is required to join our successful Gym Team at the end of July.
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic hard working fitness professional with a minimum Level 1 (preferably Level 2) qualification in this field. Any class experience and qualifications would be beneficial although this is not essential. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours a week on a five out of seven day basis and this will include both early morning and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- be responsible for booking and completing inductions, programs and re-programs with new and existing members
- be passionate about Fitness and willing to go the extra mile to help our members reach their goals
- be a real presence on the gym floor and ensure that the fitness areas and equipment are maintained and presented to Branston standards
- assist the Gym Manager with retention in line with company set targets
- implement and supervise regular Gym Challenges with members
- have the ability to connect with our members and get on exceptionally well with people from all walks of life
- Position includes full membership of both golf and leisure facilities.
