Dining at the Rusty Duck Restaurant
For many members it is the Clubhouse bar and restaurant that is our 'signature dish'. Open from 7am in the morning, it provides members, families and their guests with a relaxed, informal and friendly setting. It also provides access to the patio, which overlooks our famous 18th green.
Our Clubhouse Menu has been carefully developed to complement the range of activities at the Club. Our Rusty Duck restaurant also provides a dedicated menu and meal options for members, families and their guests who just want to use the Club for social events and celebrations.
New Clubhouse Menu by the award winning Chef behind our Winery menu - LAUNCHES MONDAY 5TH JULY
Branston is set to launch a mouth watering new Clubhouse menu in July, perfect for the gastronomes out there! The Clubhouse restaurant continues to offer high quality, great tasting light bites and breakfast dishes but the new menu ticks all of the boxes associated with a fine dining restaurant, rather than the golf and fitness club that it is!
| The seasonal new menu has been created by Clubhouse Food & Beverage Manager, Ellie Stringer and the award winning chef behind the creation of our popular Winery Restaurant in Burton, Jeff Thomas (pictured below), who scooped two awards earlier this year at Hotelympia’s world-renowned Le Salon Culinaire International de Londres. The menu has been developed to ensure that all customer’s tastes have been met, as well as keeping some of members’ old favourites and bringing back some timeless classics such as the appetizing Eggs Benedict, Welsh Rarebit and even a delicious Pork Pie picnic platter to share. |

New flavour combinations have been introduced into the menu mixing ingredients that work perfectly such as ‘Warm sesame and clover honey duck breast, ruby grapefruit, red and white chicory salad’ - ‘Chicken breast stuffed with Dolcelatte, walnuts and grapes, wrapped in air dried ham with gratin potatoes and fine beans’ and ‘Thai style wok fried mussels, coconut milk, chilli, ginger, lemon grass and crusty bread’. |
