Dom was a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army for 8 years and most recently a freelance Personal Trainer & Class Instructor working in gyms and other facilities.
His area of expertise is in Fat Loss & hypertrophy, he has a particular interest in nutrition and is keen to motivate and inspire people to achieve their goals.

Toni originally trained as an occupational therapist but after having her children, decided to change her career. She has been an online health coach for the last 2 years and helped countless women address their health and fitness obstacles, especially the barrier of staying consistent when juggling work/family etc.
As a female only PT, Toni’s goal is to help women incorporate a wellness practice into their own lives as well as help them to see the benefits of building healthy eating and exercise habits to reach their fitness goals. Each of Toni’s clients is given a bespoke plan to hit targets whilst also providing inspiration, motivation and mindset. Having a young family that she loves spending time with, Toni understands the constraints around guilt or motivation and loves to help women that are feeling stuck in their personal fitness rut.
