Fast forward to today, Joe is six stone lighter, eating well and living the life he always wanted! CHRISTIAN FLANAGAN

Christian brings a balanced, results-driven approach to fitness, combining years of expertise as a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist. His focus is on blending performance and recovery to create training that’s both effective and sustainable for long-term success. Alongside his work at Branston Golf & Country Club with NAVA, Christian manages his own training facility, where he oversees a team of coaches and develops performance and rehabilitation programmes. This hands-on leadership role keeps him at the forefront of the industry, ensuring every client benefits from the best methods and real-world experience.

With a background in East Midlands basketball, national athletics, and amateur boxing, Christian brings athletic insight, energy, and precision to every session. His multidisciplinary approach helps clients of all abilities move better, build strength, and enjoy the process of improving their health and performance.

Christian’s philosophy is simple: fitness should enhance your life, not dominate it. He believes in creating routines that are realistic, rewarding, and built to last—helping clients achieve lasting results without sacrificing balance.
