Our next member challenge is here! We challenge you to complete a dead hang! The person to hold this position for the longest will win a voucher for a meal in our Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant. All you need to do is ask one of our team to film it for you or do this from home if you have the secure equipment.

What is a dead hang?
A dead hang is a simple exercise that works upper body muscles primarily. You do not need to be experienced in the Gym to practice this move! Dead hangs will not only improve your upper body strength but increase your core muscles and toning.
