With a variety of function rooms and suites that can cater for up to 250 delegates, The Pavilion’s versatility and professionalism are key elements in ensuring the success of your business event; guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. From the moment you drive into the stunning parkland setting you will be inspired by the warm and friendly ambience and attention to detail which has been lavished on the purpose-built venue.

The extensive facilities are furnished to a sumptuous standard and include a wood panelled executive boardroom, spacious lobby area and a magnificent main suite with French windows giving panoramic views over the golf course. Backed up by state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities, the venue combines traditional values of good old-fashioned hospitality with the latest conference technology.

Our dedicated team will help you plan every detail of your event, from discussing choice of meals from our mouth-watering menus, to ensuring that you have all the necessary technical support and equipment at your fingertips.

Our range of meeting rooms and stunning suites offer maximum flexibility whatever your requirements. Catering for groups of 2 – 250, The Pavilion’s experienced staff are always on hand to answer any questions you may have and to advise which of our meeting rooms and suites will be most suitable for your needs.

Chatsworth Suite

Room size: 23.6 x 9.2 metres

The Chatsworth is a magnificent, versatile suite with French windows giving panoramic views over the golf course. Air conditioned, with natural daylight and offering a variety of lighting effects and other features including a vehicular entrance door, this suite is ideal for spectacular presentations, exhibitions and conferences for groups of up to 250. The room can also be divided into three, to create syndicate or catering areas for your events if required.

Chatsworth I, II and III

Room size: Chatsworth I  7.8 x 9.2 metres  | Chatsworth II 8 x 9.2 metres | Chatsworth III 7.8 x 9.2 metres

The Chatsworth Suite can be divided into three individual rooms, offering panoramic views of the golf course. All the rooms are air conditioned with natural daylight and can accommodate up to 70 guests.

The Blenheim Room

Room size: 5.2 x 9 metres

Located off the lobby, next to the Boardroom, the Blenheim Room is a versatile suite that can accommodate groups of up to 40 guests. The room contains an optional private bar which can be hidden when not in use. Air conditioned, with natural daylight, this suite has the option of being used in conjunction with the Boardroom via its large double doors.

The Boardroom

Room size: 4.4 x 9 metres

This wood panelled executive boardroom is a sophisticated and elegant small meeting room available for board meetings and presentations up to 18 guests. Located off the Pavilion’s lobby area, with natural daylight and air conditioning, the Boardroom also has the optional set of double doors which can be opened through to the Blenheim Room.

The Garden Room

Room size: 4.1 x 6 metres

The Garden Room is an excellent syndicate room, ideal for a smaller meeting venue, and perfect as a breakout room for larger meetings and conferences. The Garden Room has French windows to a private patio area overlooking the golf course.

Main room hire includes bottled mineral water on tables and pens/paper for delegates.
